Diagram – A mild exageration of Facebook’s ‘Recent Activity’

I like transparency, but Facebook has taken this to a whole new level. This is often how I feel when I end up having to delete Recent Activity after Recent Activity of stuff that is just of no use or interest to anyone else, let alone me. The clue is in the 2nd diagram. :)

I know Facebook have improved this aspect of Recent Activity, but it’s still far from ideal. One Global switch to turn off ‘Recent Activity’ would be welcome, rather than having to negotiate hidden nested menu options. Should not be this hard.
