If like me you crave anything and everything to do with Logo and Brand Identity Design, Fonts and Typography, then you may find this small post useful. It explains how you can access all the links I save on a daily basis.

I have over the months dedicated myself to searching out some of the best portfolio, designs and information on the web. Not just the stuff that pop’s up in regular popular design blogs, but poking around in the ‘not so mainstream’ parts of the web. Checking links, via more links until I end up somewhere that has something awesome that I feel people will appreciate.

I like to bring to the forefront designs from designers that may not always go mainstream. I like to acknowledge the effort of these designers by ensuring that the post titles include the names of either the company or the individual. Just a way to help spread the word and good karma.

Various Channels

I now have a few channels of operation, where this flow of information reaches. I have tried to offer up multiple destinations for those of you with certain preferences on how you like to access information. So for example I have the Posterous Blogs, I have my Delicious account, links saved to Toluu and now a FriendFeed Group called Logo and Brand Identity. Recently I have also started saving most links to Dropular the picture and link bookmarking site, which is a lot of fun. Behance is also a great place to save the best of in their collections.

For all the above, most of the information is duplicated and sent to each of these outlets, so it’s up to you where and how you access the information.

Twitter

Twitter @ImJustCreative – Most of what I do goes via Twitter, and I am pretty active here. It can be a head rush sometimes, but there are always way cool links and posts in my stream

FriendFeed

ImJustCreative - This is my main ImJustCreative account, below is a FriendFeed Group.

Logo and Brand Identity FriendFeed Group - Not all links I come across can be embedded in Posterous, so this is where FriendFeed comes in. It allows me to save these links when Posterous cannot. So for the most part, FriendFeed has all the information that goes into Logo72, Font72, Identity72 etc.

FaceBook

FaceBook - I send over the odd ‘inspirational’ image or link, promote new posts for IJC, and just general chat.

Blog RSS Feed – Newsletter

RSS Feed ImJustCreative – And finally my own blog, this blog. ImJustCreative. Mostly to showcase new personal logo design work and blog posts on logo designs and the odd useful logo tip post etc.

Tumblr

Tumblr – ImJustCreative – Most of my posts from Posterous, Ping.FM, Facebook end up in my Tumblr blog. So this is really the complete digest version of all my individual posts.

Posterous

I set up a number of Posterous blogs for purpose of finding a neat home for all the stuff I would come across, but that was more accessible than say Delicious Bookmark. A place where others could easily share in the delights of awesome work. It’s so easy and fun to send to Posterous, and with the bookmarklet, takes just a few seconds to save a photo and create a new Posterous post.

So each Posterous Blog has its own them, where it is dedicated to one genre.

ImJustCreative Junior - All the smaller bits of logo, design and typography goodness

LoveHelvetica – Nothing but Helvetica goodness, fun, typography and art.

Font72A blog dedicated to all things typographic and font related. Everything from posters, designs, art, fonts, typefaces and news.

Identity72 – Dedicated to showcasing complete identity projects, not just logo designs, but the whole works.

Brand72 – A new addition, so not much there right now. More bookmarking service for existing brand related posts.

Logo72 – This is a general logo design blog. So anything goes. Links, posts, designs, thoughts etc.

Cards72 – Focused on business card design and inspiration, with a healthy lick of letterpress to boot.

TypePoster72 – Just posters, mostly focusing on those of a typographic nature.

Behancé

TypeFace Collection – Every time I come across a new font or Typeface on Behance, I add it to my Typeface Collection. So if you grab this link, it’s an easy way to keep up to date with the latest releases.

Logo Collection – My pick of logos that really appeal to me in one way or another.

Type Poster Collection – Self explanatory at this stage I think.

Delicious

Delicious – All the links I pick out are also saved to my Delicious account, which are also fed into my blog RSS feed on a daily basis.

Gnolia

Gnolia – The new Magnolia makes a splash, similar to Delicious, but has it’s own army of loyal followers.

FFFFound

FFFFound – The social image saving site that seems to be the one that calls the shots.

Image Spark

ImageSpark – Similar to Dropular below, but I am finding ImgApark to be a nicer implementation of image saving and sharing. here I will occasionally save images, logos, designs and posters that interest me.

Dropular

Dropular – Any specifically cool images and websites, are ‘dropped’ to Dropular. It’s a neat site, well worth checkout out and finding cool images etc.

Flickr Group

Logo Shakedown – Submit your own logo designs to this Flickr Pool. Only logos that have been commissioned by clients, or have been in use in a ‘real life scenario’ will be allowed. This is to keep this Flickr Pool free of made-up and concept logo designs.

Identi.ca

Identi.ca -  Will slip Identica in here as well, although not strictly used as much as the above, it will be a ‘work in progress’, so follow me here if you just want to keep in all the loops.

Colophon

I have many other logos and designs on display in my portfolio. If you are looking for a logo designer, then look at my quote form. If you just want to ask me some questions then contact me.

You can find me on Twitter, FaceBook and FriendFeed every day.
