The Introduction…

It’s always a tricky one this, how best to say…
‘Hey, you! Thanks for looking at my Blog and welcome yada yada yada…"
So that said and done, I can now move on to what sort of things you will find here…

Mostly it is about me, my Bipolar Illness & Depression,
antidepressants and drugs in general, personal thoughts, aspirations,
advice on therapy and medication, my unique view point on obscure and
difficult philosophical concepts, or just plain nonsense. As well as
the latter you will get alternative ways to work ‘with’ depression, if
you try to fight it you’ll probably lose, best to just accept it and
work with it. But that line of thought and reasoning can take time to
‘evolve’, i’m still struggling to be honest and thats two years on, not
that I want to dishearten you. Nope, not at all.
My Photographs
I have a separate Blog showcasing my own photography,
which is quite new so slowly adding to the portfolio. I have hundreds
of ‘great’ images, so takes a time to sort through them and pick the
best of the best. So hotfoot it over to my Photography Blog Portfolio.
eBay
As well as all this, I
have another Blog which is dedicated to my eBay business ‘DigitalSlave‘,
a Sole Trader business I run from home and allows me super
flexibility, enabling me to manage both my personal life and work life
in a way that works for me, not someone else. My eBay Store.

What about the Garage Band? You forgot to mention that. I enjoy listening to that.
Thank you for the introduction, Graham.
Hey V,
I wasn’t sure if I should list my GarageBand tunes as a separate category. I will think about that.
I have a new one which I am adding as I write this, it’s a ‘War of the Worlds’ remix.
Let me know what you think.
Tell me more about your diagnosis of depression, how you came to realise and why Prozac was given in preference to other medications. Who diagnosed it?
I will try and give you some advice during our ‘comments’ etc. My Bipolar is mainly depression based rather than the mania aspect, although i do have periods of mania they are not long lived. Mixed blessing really. So my htoughts and advice are equally valid for someone who has severe depression.
By all means, list it! I would love it if I could download it all into a cd or my ipod so that I can listen to it while outdoors.
Your thoughts here on your blog are extremely helpful to me and my issues.
I want to email you
Thanks for being here!
Hey there lovely, I think I’ve finally worked out how to post you a comment. Let’s see if this works……..
I’ve been thinking about you so much today – about what that phrase means “I’m missing you”. I decided that what it really should say is “I’m missing” coz the “I” (i.e. me) is “missing” if I’m not with you. I’m not “me” without you. Does that make sense? I’m just kinda me, only not complete. I feel like I’m wandering around looking for you everywhere I go even though I know I’m not going to find you. I feel like there’s a chunk of me, a piece of me, a part of me, an essence of me that isn’t there, I’ve left it somewhere, mislaid it, without it – “missing it”. I feel like I have to be very self contained, not fully in touch with my emotions, feelings, thoughts, just drifting. Missing.
