I don't usually go out looking for props and likes so this is a bit of a first. My main motivation is just to see if people like the sort of things that I write, and resources that I provide via the imjustcreative blog.

This isn't so much about me as a person but more about what I do on this website and the blog. You might have found some of my logo templates useful or laughed/groaned at a few of my posters, and maybe you just like some of the work I have done in my logo portfolio.

We all need some form of validation at times and this is me reaching out to you.

I realise that one may open themselves to the negative when seeking anything positive so I'll take it all on the chin.

Like and +1

If anything that I have written or provided has been useful for you then I would surely appreciate it if you could send a Facebook Like and/or Google +1 my way.

For a Like there is a convenient button below which is for the imjustcreative website as a whole.

For a Google +1 I would greatly appreciate it if you could +1 my actual home page as this is where they are mostly needed. The button can be found at the bottom of the left sidebar.

If on the other hand you object to anything that I do or have some thoughts about what you would like to see more of on the imjustcreative blog then please feel free to leave constructive comments below.

I like transparency, but Facebook has taken this to a whole new level. This is often how I feel when I end up having to delete Recent Activity after Recent Activity of stuff that is just of no use or interest to anyone else, let alone me. The clue is in the 2nd diagram. :)

I know Facebook have improved this aspect of Recent Activity, but it's still far from ideal. One Global switch to turn off 'Recent Activity' would be welcome, rather than having to negotiate hidden nested menu options. Should not be this hard.

This is a follow list for FaceBook, aimed at Creatives, designers and geeks to leave and swap contact information. You can do so by leaving details in the comments below.

This post was initially done nearly a year ago, and sort of fell by the way side. But since the acquisition of FriendFeed, FaceBook will certainly become more popular in day-to-day to use.

If you have been following me over the last few months then you know that I have started using FaceBook more and more. I resisted the urge, the peer pressure for so long, but finally succumbing. Far from being the spammy, junky, crappy application web application I thought it was, it is proving to be a positive tool for global domination.

My pal Roger over at (@Styletime), recently created a FaceBook list for designers and the like, so head on over there to sow your seeds so to speak. After seeing this, I felt I would throw some life back into my own version and run them side by side.

What to do

So as with the 'Twitter Follow List for Creatives & Geeks' simply add your FaceBook profile/user ID as a reply to this post, with a small Bio of what you do, stand for, work as, aim for etc. No harm in using the Twitter Bio for this really.

If you have any FaceBook Pages or Groups, then feel free to list these also.

Don't forget to invite me to you're 'inner circle' as well before you do anything else.
