Self Portrait in the Black and White Desert, Egypt.

The usual difficulties with setting up a timed self portrait shot only confounded by sand, flies and extreme heat.

I think it took at least 10 attempts to get this one right, mostly finding time to sit down in the right place in the right pose before ‘click’. So overall happy with how it came out all things considering.

It was about 6am, so the other travellers were asleep still by the jeep. Was a group of 4 plus two guides and drivers,
