Some pretty good reasons to shop with DigitalSlave
The most important point is that I am a really nice guy. The rest of
the points are equally as valid but lag behind in the general order of
things.
eBay is driven by Feedback, so for the most part it gives a pretty
clear indication of the likely service you may expect. I hope mine goes
some way to signify my reputation and integrity.
I focus on the ‘cooler’ aspect of the digital life, not just
spending money for the sake of it, but offering products that genuinely
improve our experiences of day-to-day living. With this in mind,
offering pretty good prices and damn good service, I hope you will
consider me when you choose to make a purchase.
There are many aspects of consumer rights which affect all
online sellers, eBay or not. So, for example, when you decided to
purchase something from me you would of automatically been entitled to
some pretty meaningful stuff.
Some of these more worthwhile things are:
You get a pretty nice, but optional, 2% Cashback when you use PayPal. A flexible and moldable returns, refund & replacement thing. You are most definitely covered by the ‘7 day cooling-off period’ from date of purchase. Without
a shadow of a doubt, you are protected by ‘The Consumer Protection
Regulations 2000′, ‘Distance Selling Regulation (SI 2334/2000)’ and
‘Sale of Goods Act’ and various other meaningful rules and regulations. Lightening quick posting. VAT
registered? Get away, no chance-so what does this mean in practical
terms? It means no VAT charges or other hidden postal insurance charges. Each sale is backed by this great scheme called SquareTrade. More than enough progress eMail’s. You got my number, so call. It’s just me, me and more of me. Any problems or questions then it is that me you speak to, absolutely no one else (even my voice mail is ‘me’). There is other stuff, but I don’t want to brag, that is clearly not a good marketing strategy.
