Diary Entry: 24.11.2006
Good morning,
A good nights sleep, 2nd night in a row. This makes me happy.
I have implemented a combination of medication and alternative supplements this week and, fingers crossed, so far the previous nights of disturbed sleep (chronic insomnia)have been dramatically reduced.
"So Gaham, how exactly did you manage this?"
"Well, I’m glad you asked and I am happy to run through the various coping mechanisms with you now. Obviously, this works for me and may not work for everyone else but will give you a good idea of the positive results.
I don’t have time now, but next diary entry I will go into details.
