One of the many cool things about Twitter, is that I get ideas for new blog posts almost on a daily basis. This post was inspired such an event, all to do with buying new fonts for new logo projects.
Always, and I mean always, on the look out for new sources of inspiration, I occasional stumble cross a site that has a healthy helping of logo designs, typography, art and pretty much everything else. Share Some Candy is one of those sites.
iKern is the result of years of research on autospacing and autokerning and it can produce high quality spacing and kerning in short time. It’s proposed to you as an help to optimize your workflow moving your resources towards the “creative” side.

A ‘revival’ of Goudy Oldstyle and Italic font, with features among which are small capitals (in the roman only), oldstyle and lining figures, superscripts and subscripts, fractions, ligatures, class-based kerning, case-sensitive forms, capital spacing. There is support for many languages that use latin script.
