Apple iPod is 5 Years Old this week…

The infamous iPod is 5 years old this week. I am also pleased to say that i own the VERY original 5Gb iPod and it still works. I think i got this within the 1st week of its availability. Lord knows how I managed. My CD collection at this time way exceeded the 5Gb capacity and I was still unable to choose which albums to copy to the iPod.

I also have the new 60Gb Video iPod but to compare the two iPods
side by side is quite something. Talk bout fast moving aesthetics and
technology.

I found this original Steve Job’s pitch for the 1st iPod, I have
never seen this before and whilst I am writing this I am playing this
video, found on www.gadgetspage.com.

So here it is… I am still amazed at the way Steve Job’s is able to pitch the Apple products.
